Cozyhandmadeex is committed to customer satisfaction. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed for our printing services.
If you receive printed materials with quality defects, such as printing errors, color mismatches, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund.
If we made an error in your order, such as incorrect quantity, wrong paper type, or finishing mistakes, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If an error was made in the design files you provided, such as incorrect text, wrong colors, or layout issues, we cannot provide a refund. However, we may offer a reprint at a discounted rate.
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may apply depending on the stage of production.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Custom printed materials cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect or error on our part. Personalized items are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
